IMSE Students –
I am writing you today so we, the IMSE faculty and staff, remain connected with you and so you know our mission to serve the educational needs of our students is a top priority. Our faculty and staff remain engaged and are working hard to provide a positive on-line learning experience for all of you. We continue to strive for excellence in our curriculum and remain focused on doing what is best for our students and the department as a whole.
As we all venture through this difficult journey, please know we are here for you and want you to know we have your best interests at heart. May you find this message informative, yet driven by a sense of hope and understanding to get us through this and help us move forward.
Please choose to be healthy and have a sense of community. Choose to stay diligent in your studies, think, focus, and work hard towards your goals.
Be sure to connect through technology and use all the resources you can to your advantage during this educational adventure. Connect with your fellow classmates and friends to remain in touch and maintain the social bonds you have established and need to get you through this time.
Make sure you cooperate with your instructors and those who are trying to lead and help you to perform well and succeed as an IE/IMSE student. Cooperate with and support your family, friends, classmates, and your community so we can all look back on this experience and know we did all we could to make the best out of a bad situation.
Thank you for your patience and support. We look forward to better times and seeing you soon. Take care.
