Good news to share_FEAP Group_Pandemic Year (Fall 2020, Spring 2021)

During the depressing pandemic time, the good news provided us silvering lines along the way. Our group members carried on the work in Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 without delay. Below summarize the group achievements in Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 (Aug 15, 2020 – May 24, 2021):

Machine learning-guided electrohydrodynamic inkjet for infrared spectrum metasurface and high-density interconnect manufacturing, SEMI-FlexTech, (01/01/2021 – 05/31/2022; $847,847; ISU share: $400k; Collaborated with Drs. Shan Jiang, J. Devin MacKenzie, Zhan Zhang, Don Davis, and Kazuhiro Murata)
   6. Miller Faculty Fellowship 2021; Enhance Lab Learning Through a New OPERA (Online Platform for Equipment and Remote Assistance) System; $21,050; Collaborated with Drs. Shan Jiang, Ann Gansemer-Topf, Greg Curtzwiler, Xiaolei Shi, and Lingyao Yuan.
2. The 1st PhD student has graduated from our group in March 2021; now a postdoc scholar at the University of Maryland – College Park!
   1. Mr. Xiao Zhang has finished his PhD degree! Congrats!
